Scream Queens S2Ep8: Rapunzel Rapunzel Review/Recap

An old flame is back for Cathy Munsch. Wes Gardner has arrived at the hospital for a tumor, which later on the operating table turns out to be a giant ball of hair.  He and Munsch resume their romance, but on the side, Munsch and Holt (John Stamos) agree to have an affair after a dissatisfying night with Chanel (Emma Roberts) where he accidentally mumbled “Cathy” during sex.

Zayday (Keke Palmer) and Chamberlain are having a bit of a rough patch in their new relationship has he is constantly stalking her social media profiles.  Together the two set up a plan to trap the Green Meanie, but only come away with a piece of fabric Zayday managed to rip off its suit. After some investigating Zayday learns that Jane Hollis purchased the suit in 1986, and with the help of her brother orchestrated the Halloween Masacre at the hospital. Jane drugs Zayday, and she is left chained to a table.

Meanwhile back at the hospital Chamberlain finds a piece of green fabric from the Green Meanie’s costume in Wes’ hairball, and confronts him. Wes confesses that he is the Green Meanie, which is was driven to since his daughter’s, Grace, incarceration to the mental institute for which he blames the Chanels for. Having now learned his secret, Wes stabs, and kills Chamberlain.
