Gotham S3Ep18: Light The Wick Review/Recap

Barnes is broken out of Arkham by the Court, who have located and are holding hostage, Dr. Hugo Strange. Somehwhere in hiding Fish Mooney is healed from her near death experience due to controllable powers, and now Strange is tasked by the Court to extract the Alice Tetch Virus from Barnes’ body and synthesis it to help create a weapon to rid Gotham of its evil.

Jim continues to spy on the Court and learns of their plans, while also learning Penguin is still alive, and building an army. Jim breaks into Katheryn’s home and demands a seat at the table, and to be brought into the loop. To test Jim’s loyalty to the Court, Katheryn invites Jim to a gathering, where an aerosole dispersal bomb is placed in the center of the room, ready to release a stream of the Alice Tetch Virus. Speed dealing Penguin and allowing him to listen in on the conversation with Talon, where Jim reveals his location. Penguin arrives in just the knick of time with back up, and together they take down Talon, and evacuate the building before the virus is released. Penguin however, is later kidnapped by the Court, and imprisoned, where he finds his ex-friend/attempted murderer, Ed.

Selina is in the hospital after being pushed through the window by Bruce 2.0 and Ivy makes it her mission to heal her. Using her powers on the nurses, Ivy brings a selection of plants to Selina’s room to work their magic. Soon enough Selina comes to, and leaves the hospital in search of someone to kill. Someone like Bruce 2.0
